Promising technology (converting coal into liquid fuel...tested and proven in military and commercial jets and vehicles), supplier to USAF and US Army, and currently working on an agreement with Tysons, but they can't seem to get their productions together to conduct full operations. I think their best was 50 or 60% operating capacity. They've only one profitable quarter...ever! Their plant has consistent problems and is poorly managed. Now they're considering a reverse-split of their stock so NASDAQ doesn't delist them. Aaarrggghhh!
