KCFA owns shares of Taser. Adds to position from time-to-time; only when the shares trade below the "Right" price.

A picture of Taser stock relative to the NASDQ index:

One of the problems with Taser: TMF and the company at one time maintained that the company never lost a product liability lawsuit. To some extent, this was at one time perhaps true.

When a plantif & defendent in a lawsuit settle out-of-court, the law suit was not lost - it was not won either. A monetary settlement is made with with neither side admitting fault; both sides sign a non-disclosure agreement. That is how tourte liability cases are settled in the Real-World.

The biggest risk with a Taser(TASR) investment is legal risk - very similar to tobacco companies. KCFA has a benificial interest in Taser(TASR), Philip Morris(MO), & Philip Morris International(PM). At the "Right" price the stock can be an excellent long-term value.
