I've just started driping. From the order confirmation, I read a reminder asking me to send a W-9 form to the transfer agent after my account is opened. I don't have any social security number because I am a Canadian. I called for a W-8 form, Certificate of Foreign Status, but the staffs in the Temper told me to get it from the Post Office. I received a statement from the transfer agent. Now, what do I have to do and what effect will be?
