Can anyone answer this question or point me to a website that might be able to answer it:

For pre-IPO employee stock options, are the tax consequences the exact same as for public company options? Does anyone know what the differences may be?

I was able to get information for ISO's on FOOL but I was not able to determine what the rules are for PRE-IPO options.

Any thoughts?
