I understand there is some kind of conflict to fund both an IRA and an employee sponsored 401k in the same year. I have searched for info -- can someone suggest a resource to look into this?

I currently have a Roth IRA (I recently converted from a traditional). I'm eligible for my company's 401k next quarter & want to make sure I don't create problems.

Thanks for any insight.
