Over the next several years, what specific actions will Amazon take to become profitable. The proposition that they will continue to increase revenues seems based on solid ground. What specific cost elements will be reduced so that earnings will become positive and eventually "high"? Will they achieve positive and, finally, high earnings without raising prices? Does Amazon have a plan for this to happen with a timetable?

This isn't written from a bear perspective. I would just like to see if someone can outline a convincing plan for profitability, assuming that eventually the company has to become profitable in order to justify current or future stock prices.
