Hello -
I just received a letter saying that I have a Friday deadline to participate in the Bare Escentuals tender offer. I called for clarification and was told I have three choices - I can participate, tender my shares and pay a 38 dollar fee (seems like the least attractive option), sell my shares today for the current price (18 dollars and change) plus a 7.95 fee, or do nothing and likely be paid out anyway in awhile with no fees.
I am not very financially savvy, and don't know what the best thing to do is. Can somebody please advise me?
Thanks!
Audrey
