Thank you for the reply AJ. It looks like I will have to try the following options in this order. First, try to find the money elsewhere(I don't think it can get much more expensive than what DiTech charges 14.5%...I've got a good credit score). Second, Short Sale. Third, Deed in lieu of foreclosure. Last Foreclosure. I've thought about the landlord thing, but it won't work out for me. Enjoy the weekend,Andrew
