Thank you for the tips . I'll chech those out. We set up a Simple IRA plan through an independent advisor with Fidelity funds. As our advisor thought it was best for us as we are a 7 person shop. The limit was just raised to 6500.00. However according to the Fidelity girl we can match only up to 3% not 100 as you stated. I would do the 100% match if allowed. She really didn't have any of the other suggestions you mentioned. It's frustrating you go to a pro , but then end up doing all your own research anyways. I wish she would have laid those other cards on the table so we could at least examen them. Hence my rant. The pro says "Sorry that's all youv'e got" You tend to believe her. Silly me.
