Thank you Lokicious, you have been most helpful. I would probably start with the Vanguard's minimum of $3K, and drip feed over the next 12 months or so.

BTW, the Munifunds used by V. for comparison with this fund have the following before and after sale figures:

4.84 & 3.43(1 yr), 3.03 & 2.89(3 yr), 4.93 & 4.71(5 yr) and
6.01 & 5.72(10 yr).

They all seem to show a big drop in the NAV! Not sure what these mean. But as you said, these figures do not tell the full story.
