Thank you so much for referring to my husband as a "sickie." I guess you too arer a sickie since you need to take medicine for high blood pressure--neither my husband nor I need BP meds so I guess we're better than you, by your way if thinking. Neither of us takes any prescription meds, at age 64 and close to, although I keep an asthma inhaler on hand in case of a very smoky campground or visiting someone who hasn't vacuumed the cat dander or dust mite poop within a day or two of my visit.

OTOH, we do spend on nutritional supplements as so much nutrition has been bred out of our food supply (see today's article, i think in the Sunday Mag section of the NYTimes, on breeding produce for sweetness and disease resistance in the plants rather than health and disease resistance in the consumer!
