Hey folks,

Its tax time again and I wanted to share with you the outcome of a post I put up on this board last tax season. Link to old post below.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of you! After much research of my own lead by all of your good input and the help of a good (not so egotistical CPA) I was able to get most of my capital gains back minus the depreciation just as you folks sited!

My sincerest thanks again to all of you and best wishes in 2008!
