Thanks for the encouragement guys. As you can probably tell, UTSI doesn't lend itself well to a concise investment opinion on the state of affairs. That by itself should serve as a warning to most potential investors. Contrast this to say QSII or PRAA where when I bought those a thirty second answer to the question, "why is this a good investment?" would of been ample. The easier it is to answer that question the better. Nevertheless, I tried to be as concise as practical with UTSI but it took about three hours to write and two years of following the company.
