Thanks for the experience report. Not a good thing really, but then again it could be a good thing if the shopping experience was always this way. A lot of lost sales there to gain in the future. Definitely not something a retailer/wholesaler can afford to do and keep up the good numbers. Maybe I'll ask their investor relations about it. And see if they use hired shoppers for investigating.BTW. What was the competing store, is it public?
