Thanks for the question: our site is a bit of a hybrid, in that we straddle the B2B and B2C markets. The businesses we work with will only work with us if our name is in front of consumers. Also, the target consumer market is one that is only captive for a limited amount of time, say six months to a year, and then they won't need us anymore. So it's very important that when it's time for the users to need the service we provide, we are the first website they think of. If they go to our perceived competition, then they can get in their b.s. for months without getting much accomplished.
