Thanks for the quick replies. I finally found the info and we're going with a SEP IRA. It allows us the easiest record keeping and lowest cost especially considering that there are only 2 employees and we have no short or long term plans to increase that number.

For the record, our accountant and financial planner were helpful, but the scenario fell in between the two of them, hence my confusion.
