Thanks for the words of wisdom, I'll relax a bit more knowing that there are no current tax or legal issues with the account. It's good to know that we could access the account in an emergency based on the JTWROS status. I guess we'll cross that bridge when we come to it. I won't push him to do anything he dosen't want to do, hopefully when he is ready he'll come to us. I will bring up the living will issue, however, that shouldn't be a big deal for him. We'll just keep the lines of communication open, he's too cheap to call, he uses instant messsaging from work to talk with us.
