The ADR fees are a miscellaneous itemized deduction subject to a 2% AGI haircut.

Fortunately, I'm not anticipating sufficient deductions of this type for this fee to make a difference from a tax perspective. Unfortunately, I can't stand 'nuisance fees' like these, especially since this particular company doesn't pay a dividend, and it's making me seriously consider whether it's worth continuing to hold.
