Thanks!! Our realtor has asked us to connect with her today to let us know what we think. I know we can ignore her (and in turn the home owners) but we'd just assume give them an answer, a final answer. So I think we'll hold. We are looking in the Boston, MA suburbs. While I don't think that prices in this area will drop as much as some areas of the country have seen, it might just make sense to wait. We don't love the house. We do really like it though. We were advised early on in the process to avoid the pitfall of loving a house, and that advice has been very helpful. At this point we just really want a house. We've been renting for too long. But waiting for a "deal" may make the wait worthwhile.
