Thanks Phil. I guess I'll have to give them a call. I am not looking forward to this however, as the company (a major firm) seems to hire the youngest, most inexperienced people to answer the phone. I have called them in the past with what seems like simple questions and requests, but it was incredibly difficult to get them to understand. In the end, they didn't know the answers and messed up the transactions! This is all part of why I would rather manage the money myself.

No response to this e-mail is necessary. I am just venting, and mentally preparing myself to make the call...
