Yes I have my personal records up to date with new and revised basis etc. It was just that I was expecting from my broker and didn't get it and wanted to find out what was happening.
So you are saying this is like a small dividend or interest item that the institution is not required to issue a 1099, but, I must still account for it on my tax return.
