A poster on another board asked me to start a thread on a vintage Griswold 1908 waffle iron I recently bought and have been cleaning up and seasoning. He expressed an interest in obtaining a cast iron Pizzelle maker and wanted to know how readily waffles might release from the cast iron waffle maker. These are some photos of the waffle iron I'm working on:
