I agree that I likely won't get much satisfaction, but I think I'll engage them for a bit anyway. Back in Feb 98, I asked them if they had a Dow 10 strategy available to me. They said they would have to check. They researched it and came back with a yes!

Anyway, I'll get the fees waived and that'll be that. Thanks for your quick reply.

Although not a market timer, it's ironic that the Dow is down 300+ in the last few days!
