Thanks to both of you for your responses. I've been leaning toward going with Fidelity myself, just because it seems to be pretty easy to get the account set up. Still, I appreciate the confirmation that that seems to be a reasonable decision. Also, I've been reading the boards and will be looking into Scottrade as well. It seems to be a popular choice in this community, and that definitely speaks in its favor. Thanks again!
