That is huge, but not unexpected.

My vision immediately went to some scenes of parents interviewing for a slot for their kids kindergarten or preschool. Of well-educated parents that took their kids on science trips, to other schools, plays, exhibits, and also worked with them and had tutors.

This is not about money as much as it is about culture. I hate to do this, but I will anyway. (say HI Jedi) lol

Think of the Asian and Jewish cultures, and their kids grades and achievements. I've know this since the 1970's. They excel over other cultures because they mostly work their butts off, and command respect and obedience. True of many of the middle class families as well.

The others do not. So they fall behind. Proportionally, they represent wealthier people, for obvious reasons.
