One of the basic rules of 401K'ing is to minimize your holdings of company stock.The thinking here is that if the company gets into financial trouble you may be out of a job while at the same time your 401K is becoming worthless.The technical term financial experts use for this is "double whammy!" ;-)Just my 2¢Andy
