that was my point exactly - it wouldn't open/all options grayed out - I had just downloaded and installed. surely I was entitled to some support at this point......at least that's what I expected. Whether it would have run or not after a reconfiguration/reinstall etc....but at least, he could have provided some guidance (without me buying it within 30 minutes of the dl/install). that's what I find is lousy customer relations and Quicken even sent me a survey re. their support. You can bet I told them!!!!
