I know that eating healthy isn't a guarantee against getting sick. But research said it does help immune system.So a few weeks ago I really started hitting fruits and veggies hard. Every day I'd do a Chobani yogurt (pro biotic) mixed with blueberries, strawberries, canteloupe. Then I'd have 2 oranges a day, plus broccoli or asparagus daily.Then I got the stomach flu a week go. Recovered.Now I got fever and throat and weakness and chills.JediG
