She's less of a cleaning "fairy" and more of a cleaning "mobster" if she breaks into your home and provides a service and bills you for it when you might not even want it.

I'm reading a series called Wool where the term "Cleaning" is synonymous with death sentence, so her title just became a lot more ominous.
