The company who used to deliver our water had these awesome tops that had a breakable seal. You peeled the other part off and then positioned the bottle (which wouldn't spill) over a post in the middle of the cooler receptacle. When you settled the bottle over it properly, it broke the seal for you and no water would spill. I had no issues at all lifting and setting the bottle into place.

The new company has reusable bottles, but they just open. Lots of water can be spilled if yo uaren't careful. Hence the reason I just let one of the guys take care of it, generally my boss since he's one of only two guys at our end of the building. I think it makes him feel useful ;0)
