Years ago some Japanese company was caught paying bribes to US Congressmen (between $10,000 and $50,000) The Japanese were astonished at how cheap it was to buy influence in Washington. It cost millions to do the same thing in Tokyo.

There's nothing but a bunch of nickle and dime hos on Capital Hill.
