The data came from an application that Scottrade provides (called ScottradeELITE). It tracks Time & Sales as they happen (supposedly).

My broker was unable to tell me how the trade was routed. I am positive he did not even know what I was talking about. If I had pressed it, I probably could have gotten an answer from the local office President (or whatever he's called), but I didn't really want to bother. I was simply more interested in getting a real explanation for what went wrong (which I also was unable to ever get). (By the way, I *did* get filled at my limit price, so I really wasn't harmed in any meaningful way. I just didn't understand why it took until the price went back up for my execution to fill.)
