The funny thing is that my data shows that real tax revenue per capita was at a record high when Reagan left office, despite the so-called tax cuts:

Tax revenue per capita? Who cares? As has been pointed out to you repeatedly, tax revenues as a percent of GDP have gone down during those administrations:
