Where is everybody on this one. I have been hearing faint rumors of a takeover. Has anyone else heard anything or any details.

I am just recently in around 15. I agree that this company has a bright future.

Concerning the takeover rumours, I think they originated on this very board just a couple of weeks ago!

Having said that, BTOB is looking attractive due to its relatively low valuation compared to others in the industry. (see http://rd.yahoo.com/finance/external/cbsm/*http://cbs.marketwatch.com/archive/19991014/news/current/ratings.htx?source=blq/yhoo&dist=yhoo).

Its existing link up with VerticalNet could theoretically make it easier for BTOB to be eventually absorbed by its larger (but different) indirect competitor for example.

I found a lot of useful info on BTOB on http://www.eoffering.com. Just search for BTOB and get all the free research. Its better you look at the fundamentals than buying on the hope (dream?) that it may be taken over someday.
