the Inuit and the Masai I believe they were, who were found to be quite healthy (by common measures) while subsisting entirely on a 100% animal based diet - no carbs whatsoever.

That the average Inuit and Masai are considered healthy doesn't mean that the average American can adopt their way of eating and be healthy. There are hereditary genes to consider along with cultural and societal differences very unlike the American culture. I think man can evolve over time to live in a particular environment. I don't think an overabundance of food, much of it of the junk variety, is conducive to a healthy future for a species. Too much of a good thang' and all that.
