well, I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt, freezing temperatures, snow....I can understand an increase in service calls could delay getting the plumber here. No return call from contractor either.The city has still not fixed the leak at the meter that is their responsible. Dang slackers1 I called yesterday and was put on hold....that awful music interspersed with "all operators are currently busy, your call is important to us. You call will be answered in the order it was received". What a crock of chit! I hate that. I decided to hang up and do my workout.I might as well just write off the plumber.The city however, needs to fix the meter because I'm sure my bill is running and I can't negotiate previous charges until it is fixed. One needs the patience of Job to deal with all these characters and I don't have it all the time.LD
