It's harvest time -- tomato salad? Bruschetta? Mediterranean chicken?Great idea! How about...Marinated Shrimp2 Lb. Shrimp, fresh or frozen1C. Mild White Onion, thinly sliced1C. Salad Oil1½ Tbs. Salt1C. White Vinegardash Tabasco Sauce2½ tsp. Celery Seed2½ Tbs. Capers, and juiceCook shrimp in boiling salted water.Cool and shell.In a shallow dish, alternate layers of shrimp and sliced onion.Mix the remaining ingredients together, and pour over the shrimp and onion. Refrigerate at least 24 hours, stirring occasionally. Serve in a shallow bowl with marinade and a supply of cocktail picks.Enjoy!
