This book ruined investing for me. It made me think I was just lucky all along and sure enough it was right.

I was loosely following Peter Lynch with enery sector plays 6-7 years ago when I decided to bet it all on a penny stock. i came out ahead ultimately but lost my shirt since I was in 8 bagger territory with my whole retirement acct. i ended as maybe a 2 bagger. All in all not bad for someone who may have only saved about 4000 dollars in a IRA and now it is like 14,000. but it was much higher bit still, i can't afford a friggin house.

Anyway, I'm always censoring myself now since reading that book . . .
