The only problem is that I can't find a decent recipe. My Joy of Cooking must be the most complicated cookbook I've ever owned; that one practically starts with "first, harvest the mussels". Does anyone have a reasonably simple recipe for this?Oh, one more thing: if I have to, can I make it without mussels?
