The only thing that comes to mind is a conventional brokerage account that compounded income from tax-exempt municipal bonds and notes or simular Federal tax-exempts. Unfortunately, the interest rates are pretty low and chiefly attract high income taxpayers. You would best be served, by looking for investments that produce a higher net return - after paying taxes!
