The report is dated June2, 2006 and is presented in sections using PDF format which require AdobeAcrobat, which can be found in many places if you don't aldready have it installed on your hard drive.

The summary section, entitled "Reflections", makes for interesting reading but also underscores the narrowness of the study and, perhaps, its lack of general applicability, due to being tied to statistics which were chiefly drawn from several major Eastern cities, not the broad country.

In short, as Mark Twain noted,

"There are lies, damned lies, and statistics."
