The other point to make however is that with SB you can not invest on any given month and not have to pay. Whereas with BH you have to pay the fee regardless.

You know, the article said that, but I checked on the info on ShareBuilder and wasn't able to find where it says that if you don't trade in a month, you don't pay. (And I've seen plenty of articles with wrong information)

Can you provide a ShareBuilder source that says so?
