The prosecutor, Marsha Clark, was not a skilled enough attorney to handle the case. She allowed an all Afro-American jury to be seated in judgement - Dumb, Dumb, and Dummer. Mr. O.J. Simpson had the best defense his money could buy.

The standard to convict was "evidence beyound a reasonable doubt". Even that standard was met in my opinion - just not with the seated jury, where at least one "brother" was all that was needed to create a hung jury. The virduct, was an unsurprising Not Guilty - given the composition of the jury.

Kahuna, CFA that is without a doubt the most racist thing I've ever seen you type! While the jury was mostly black (9), there were also two whites and one hispanic on the jury. Are you suggesting that black people are incapable of making an informed decision? The prosecutor and Mark Furman did more than enough to throw in the possibility of reasonable doubt. Remember, the defendant is considered innocent until proven guilty.
