The question still is: Will the Romney/Ryan plan raise taxes on $1 million-plus income household or lower them?

this has been answered before, here, on the campaign, in the debates.
the Romney Plan is to lower tax rate, but make revenue Net Neutral by removing loopholes and deductions.....the final determination of which is done through the constitutional process, where the President proposes a budget, and in working with both House and Senate in their Budget process, creates the final design...(what was historically seen as the normal process as recently as the Bush Administration). this process results in a budget Bill presented to the White House for signature or veto.

do i believe that will happen?
i believe there is a much better probability of that than Obama keeping his promise to reduce the debt (i've seen 4 years of failure to try).
