The Ryan budget was a proposal from a House committee with the hope of gettting something going in the right direction. Remember this was done before we even knew Romney would be the Republican nominee.

It was also done with the knowledge hat he had NOharry in charge of the Senate and NObama in the White House. To stand any chance at all, it had to be something modest, but with the principals that he wanted. The numbers and details will always be debated and changed.

If Ryan and Romney win, I would imagine this will look a bit different. That is not to say there will be actual reductions, rather than reductions in the increases.

If they can get a pro-growth agenda in place, get rid of much of Obamacare, and make an honest attempt at cleaning up the Fraud, I think the ship will be turned before 27 years.
