The spread sheet that I'm using does account for Cash. Macromedia's cash was listed at 207 million in the last 10Q, which comes out to about $4 per share. The spread sheet calculates the DCF based on the Free Cash Flow and the growth rates you give it. Then adds the $4 on top of that.
