The subject of unionizing has come up before, but has always been soundly defeated BY THE EMPLOYEES.

That is because unions are bad for employees (not to mention the company) and IBMers,in general, are smart enough to realize this.

Anyone who wants to flame me for this is welcome. Please start by explaining how unions don't promote inefficiencies in companies and force the best employees to get paid less so that the worst employees can keep their jobs. If you get past that one, I have a few more issues that we can go through, but I figured that was a good start.
