I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but, I noticed TMF and Yahoo do not have this.

On my MSN portfolio I came across a Schedule 13G (rule 13d-102) today that I interpret as the TCW group has sold all of its KWK shares.

OMB Number: 3235-0145

The report says TCW group beneficically owns 0% of KWK.

The report is dated 6th day of June, 2001.

Thus, this may explain the large sell-off during 5/29-5/30.

Ref. go to calendar events dated 6/7/01:
http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor/invsub/advisor/advisor.asp?Symbol=kwk

On Yahoo's KWK profile -> Top Institutional holders, it has(had) TCW owning 1,327,405 shares.

hmmm...

REAl80, This may be bad news if you're "playing" the market, but for an investor, it's a non event. KWK is not that well known and I don't care how long it takes to disover them, because I'm buying more. These institutions move in and out just like small investors on market swings and natural gas is down NOW, but the fundamentals are there in every way. I honestly look for a stock split within 5 years. This sucker is a JEWEL. YKOOPS
