I am sometimes envious of it. And SD cards (which are just flash chips too) generally have a long time between failures. But you should be aware that it is a possibility (even if unlikely over the expected lifetime of the phone, which for most people seems to be 2 or 3 years before they get a new device).The Galaxy SIII appears to be very similar, and I believe the SD is removable, but you may be at the mercy of your provider to push updates.1poorguy
