It sure is. Tax evasion will get you into a position of legally paying no taxes -- because you will have no income during your all-expense-paid "vacation" at a federally sponsored "resort". Remember, the only thing they ever convicted Al Capone of was tax evasion.

All places like this want is either your money or your integrity. And I am not willing to part with either of these.
